Frame and structure
A hit bends more than the panel you can see. The shop straightens the frame on state-of-the-art equipment, welds and fabricates the structure that can't be pulled, and uses paintless dent removal where the factory paint survived.
Paint, then keys back
Coatings are DuPont and PPG Envirobase. When it's done, the car can come back to your door. One Outback owner dropped off at 9 in the morning and had it back, shiny, by 3:30 that afternoon.
